Max Trading produces Honda Wave110 Motorcycle Accessories Handle Switches. As the first choice for most riders, the Honda series models focus on optimizing various motorcycle accessories in the Honda series. The handlebar switch, as an important component of the control system, plays a role in transmission and switching.
Max Trading manufactures Honda Wave110 Motorcycle Accessories Handle Switches. The left switch integrates turn signals, high/low beams, horn, and choke adjustment functions, along with a brake-linked safety interlock mechanism. The right switch includes engine stop, electric start, headlight control, and integrates throttle and front brake. The product operates on DC12V, is compatible with Φ22mm standard handlebars, and features a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant ABS engineering plastic shell. The contacts are made of AgNi10 material, and the wiring uses Φ0.3mm multi-strand tinned copper wire, making it compatible with the entire WAVE110 series of underbone motorcycles. Installation instructions, including power-off operation, model verification, and wiring harness photography, are provided. This product is a dedicated handlebar switch accessory for Honda Wave110 motorcycles.
Honda wave110 motorcycle left handlebar switch (model ZB0132, with air door control)
Three speed combination switch
Turn signal control (top gear): Turn left to activate the left turn signal, turn right to activate the right turn signal, and automatically reset after turning to ensure lane change safety warning.
High and low beam switching (middle gear): With the headlights on, toggle up to switch to high beam and down to switch to low beam; A single tap can trigger the overtaking light to flash, quickly alerting the vehicle ahead.
Horn trigger (bottom button): Adopting a press type design, connected to a 12V circuit, pressing it will drive the external horn to sound, used for driving warning.
Wind door adjustment knob
The knob is integrated under the left handle seat and designed specifically for the fuel supply characteristics of the carburetor in curved beam vehicles. When starting a cold car, turn it up to "ON" to close the air damper for easy start-up; After the engine is warmed up, turn it back to "OFF" to open the choke and ensure normal operation.
Auxiliary control area
The left side is equipped with a brake lever linkage switch, which automatically cuts off the starting circuit when the front brake is pressed, forming a safety interlock mechanism. Together with the right brake, it constructs a dual circuit protection system to enhance riding safety.
Turn off switch (red button): Press to the "STOP" position, immediately cut off the ignition circuit, and stop the engine from running; Pop up the reset to the "RUN" state to restore vehicle operation.
Electric start switch (lightning indicator button): When in neutral or gripping the brake, press this button to drive the starter motor with 12V voltage and easily start the engine.
Headlight control (three gear lever): "OFF" to turn off the lights; Turn on the position indicator light in gear 1; The "2nd gear" can switch between high and low beams, and some models turn on the taillights synchronously when the headlights are turned on.
Integration of throttle and brake
A front brake lever is installed below the integrated throttle lever on the right side. When pinched, the hydraulic disc brake system precisely controls the front wheel braking, and at the same time triggers the brake light to light up, promptly sending a braking signal to the rear vehicle.

Installation Tips from Max trading:
1. Before installation, disconnect the motorcycle power supply to avoid short circuiting and burning the fuse. Pay special attention not to plug or unplug switch terminals when powered on.
2. Verify the model of the motorcycle handlebar switch, confirm that the switch matches the model, and check if the switch buttons are flexible. After confirming that there are no errors, prepare the appropriate disassembly and assembly tools: it is recommended to use a screwdriver with an insulating sleeve (to prevent short circuits), a torque wrench (to avoid damaging the handlebars or switch base due to excessive tightening of screws), and pointed nose pliers (to organize the wiring harness). It is forbidden to use tools of different sizes for forced disassembly.
Before disassembling the old switch, use a mobile phone to take a photo of the wiring harness connection position (marked with "steering", "horn", "light" and other functional terminals) to prevent wiring errors from causing operation failure.
