Installation steps for GY6 150cc motorcycle engine

1.Positioning lifting: Place the engine on the lifting bracket, adjust it to be level with the installation position of the frame (60-80cm above the ground), align the suspension point, and prevent tilting, oil leakage, or damage to the interface.

2.Fixed bolts: Apply butter to the original M10 bolts and insert them. Tighten them by hand and use a torque wrench to tighten them diagonally to 35N · m. It is forbidden to tighten a single bolt at once.

3.Inlet and exhaust connection: Install a new sealing gasket on the flange and apply high-temperature glue. Fix the intake pipe clamp, and tighten the exhaust pipe with a 14mm sleeve to ensure sealing.

4.Circuit docking: The three wires of the frame are docked and locked with the waterproof plug of the engine, and the wiring harness ties are sorted and kept away from high-temperature components.

5.Transmission adaptation: Align the clutch housing with the output shaft sleeve and insert it into the bushing to ensure that the splines are engaged. Adjust the clearance to 0.5-1mm and tighten the bolts to 25N · m.
